2. Merchant responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for accurate product descriptions, lawful products, pricing, fulfilment, warranties where applicable and customer service.
3. Prohibited items
- Illegal, fraudulent, counterfeit or stolen goods
- Deceptive listings
- Prohibited financial or investment schemes
- Gambling, betting or lottery products or services
- Fake certificates, exam papers or academic records
- Anything prohibited by applicable law or Pi ecosystem rules
4. Buyer responsibilities
Read descriptions carefully, pay only through VOGUEPLUS, and report problems promptly through Messages.
5. Enforcement
VOGUEPLUS may remove listings and suspend accounts that break these rules.
