1. Prices
Prices are shown in Pi (π) or another stated currency before you confirm. Example prices are not offers.
2. Pi payments
You approve each Pi payment in the Pi Browser. Our server approves and completes the payment with Pi Network and records the transaction identifier. A payment is confirmed only after server verification.
3. Failed or incomplete payments
If a payment fails or is interrupted, no service is delivered until it is verified. Contact us through Messages with the payment reference if you need help.
4. Security
VOGUEPLUS will never ask for your Pi Wallet passphrase, secret recovery phrase or private keys, and does not store them. Anyone asking for them on behalf of VOGUEPLUS is attempting fraud. Only enter your passphrase in the official Pi Wallet.
5. Records
We keep payment records needed for reconciliation and legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.
